The use of one-trip liner bags, designed to facilitate the carriage of free flowing dry bulk products in standard dry freight containers, is becoming increasingly common. Liner bags have already displaced the more traditional multi-bagged shipment of such goods on many container trades as an increasing number of shippers of chemicals or agricultural products accept that transport in single container loads is much more cost effective than carrying the same consignment in vast numbers of individual bags or drums, each usually of maximum 50lb capacity......
