...Caillard/Italgru - a new twist

A new twist is provided by the fact that Fantuzzi-Reggiane, through group member Ansaldo Manu-tenzione, is bidding to to buy Caillard from Rolls-Royce Materials Handling Group...

On the face of it Caillard would be added to the group's bulk handling equipment "portfolio" under Ansaldo, while its yard in Le Havre could be handy in connection with new container crane business which Fantuzzi-Reggiane is chasing in the port in connection with MSC traffic......
