Xtra Corporation, one of the largest lessors of over-the-road trailers in North America, and Terion Inc, a business-to-business wireless communication application service provider, have signed an agreement establishing a strategic partnership relating to the sale, leasing, installation and distribution of FleetView, Terion's cellular-based trailer tracking product.
The agreement designates Xtra as an authorised installation, servicing, training and marketing partner of Terion, as well as the exclusive lessor of stand-alone FleetView trailer tracking units in the US and Canada. Over the next twelve months FleetView will be installed on 25,000 of Xtra Lease's rental trailers, making Xtra Terion's largest customer and positioning the company as a major provider....
