The future is Klea

ICI has sold its Klea division, the world's biggest manufacturer of HFC 134a and a leading supplier of refrigerants to the reefer container industry, to the Ineos Group, the UK's second largest chemical company.

Klea has been acquired by Ineos along with two other ICI businesses, Chlor Chemicals and Crosfield, for a total consideration of �325 mill....
