Bailey Techno, the Holland-based manufacturer of shipboard and offshore cranes, pallet unloaders and special steel structures, has been saved from bankruptcy after its purchase by the Ten Have group.
Ten Have is an investment company, which also owns steel structures manufacturer L W van Mook in Oosterhout. Bailey got into trouble because of financial difficulties of its last owner, de Vries Robbé, another steel products specialist....
