The Las Palmas port authority has approved the acquisition of a 56 per cent stake in port stevedoring group La Luz by Spanish construction group Necso.
The move, which has been undertaken via the group's Terminal de Contenedores Mid Atlantic subsidiary, was facilitated by the sale of stakes of 38 per cent and 17 per cent by Ibérica Canaria and Fred Olsen respectively....
