Global bulk liquid logistics service provider Logis and Kintetsu Flexi Pak Inc (KFI), a specialist flexitank operator headquartered in Houston, Texas, have merged their global operations.
As part of the agreement between Logis and KFI's parent company, Kintetsu World Express, KFI ceased operations on 23 July. The new integrated operation, which will operate under the Logis banner, will offer the combined client base a continuity of the established KFI flexitank operations package along with the technically innovative flexitank equipment and global operating infrastructure provided by Logis....
