Representatives of 17 port developers participated in a meeting called last month by the government of the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh to promote the Gangavaram Port project.
Companies attending the meeting at the state capital of Hyderabad included Transstroy of Russia, Duro Felguera of Spain and a consortium made up of Jurong Port (Singapore), the Dubai Port Authority, Westport of Malaysia, Boskalis Dredging India Ltd, Essar and Gammon India....
