The Rotterdam-based ICS Group has signed a letter of intent for the purchase of several tank container service companies owned by NTC, another holding group based in the Dutch port.
The acquisition, which is expected to be finalised by early February, will bring NTC Tank-containerservices BV, East End BV and Seal Team BV into the ICS fold, thereby considerably strengthening the organisation's tank service capabilities in the Rotterdam area....
