Work on two port infrastructure projects by International Seaports (India) Pvt Ltd (ISPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore-based International Seaports Pte Ltd, will begin soon, ending a three-year delay.
The projects at Kakinada in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh and Dhamra in the eastern state of Orissa will involve an investment of around Rs18 bill (US$369 mill). "We have already received the necessary approvals for these projects," said ISPL chief executive T V Anantharaman....
