Shenzhen in southern China is on course to replace Los Angeles as the world's seventh-largest container port this year
Container terminals in Shenzhen handled 3.22 mill TEU in the first six months of this year, up around 50 percent over the same period of last year. With the peak period underway, the total is set to top 6.5 mill TEU for the year, up 29 percent from last year's figure of 5.04 mill TEU and seeing Shenzhen overtake Los Angeles as the world's seventh largest container port....
