P Cleland Enterprises Ltd, one of Australia's largest refrigerated logistics companies, has signed a conditional agreement for the sale of the majority of its business operations to the Australian based companies of Londonbased John Swire & Sons.
Clelands' Banjup and Palmyra operations in Western Australia, the Lyndhurst distribution centre in Victoria, the WA and Victoria transport operations and Clelands' 50 percent stake in Freezeline Pty Ltd are included in the A$94.5 mill cash deal, which is subject to shareholder approval....
