The Cavotec Group has announced the acquisition of USbased Gantrex Corporation, a leading manufacturer and supplier of crane rail fastening systems, with headquarters in Pittsburgh, USA, and production facilities near Toronto, Canada.
The Gantrex organisation established 25 years ago, includes 10 sales offices in North America and seven in Latin America and has been a subsidiary of Railworks Corporation for over three years.
