Spain's leading container crane builder, Paceco Espana SA (PESA) part of Mitsui group, has been involved in a keenly-fought tender for two quayside cranes from a north European terminal operator.
Although the name of the potential client has not been disclosed, it could be TCS Tilbury which is known to be in the market for two cranes. In 2001 PESA supplied two Portainers to TCS along with two Portainers for its "half sister" SCT Southampton....
