TIV (Terminal Intermodale di Venezia) has been acquired, reportedly for €9 mill, by Marin Hili (Malta Freeport) and Gianlugi Aponte (MSC) on a 50:50 basis.
The new ownership is a result of Port di Carrara SpA, controlled by Filippo Nardi, selling its one third interest to each of its former equal partners, Mariner SpA (Hili) and Marinvest (Aponte) in equal measure....
