AP Moller-Maersk Group subsidiary APM Terminals (APMT) and state-owned Container Corporation of India (Concor), which will together run the Rs10 bill (US$229 mill) third container terminal at Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNP) in India, have filed all the necessary documents with the port authority to indicate that financial closure has been achieved.
The two-member consortium, which has set up Gateway Terminals India Pvt Ltd. to run the terminal, said it had submitted documents required for financial closure within the stipulated period. The JNP Trust will give the final green light as soon as it has determined that the papers are in order....
