MacAndrews, part of CMACGM, has successfully completed first phase trials shipping fresh produce to Northern Europe from Spain in 45ft high cube, palletwide reefer containers.
The trials included shipments of lettuce, broccoli, onions, citrus and deciduous fruits and, says MacAndrews, confirmed the successful outturn quality of the products, compared to transpyrennean reefer trucking....
