Paceco España has booked orders for six rubber-tyred Transtainers from TRP Buenos Aires as well as an order for one more Transtainer from Termavi Vigo. The RTGs for TRP are due for delivery between June and October 2006 and the unit for Termavi in August.
TRP’s machines are RTG-8s spanning 23m (6+1) and with a lift height of 23m (1 over 6). Hoist speed with rated load of 40 tonnes under the Bromma spreader is 23 m/min (empty spreader 50 m/min). Trolley speed is 70 m/min and long travel speed 130 m/min. They will be fitted with Fuji ac drive controls....
