Chennai in south India and Kandla in the west have invited offers from consultants to prepare a business plan for their respective ports.
A tender notice published by the Chennai Port Trust (ChPT) inviting “international consultants both Indian and foreign” to submit offers to undertake the assignment said the consultants should have completed at least three assignments involving development of a business plan for ports outside their home country in the preceding five years....
