Rotterdam-based container parts supplier Van Doorn Container Parts has expanded its European operation by acquiring MCT Parts in Antwerp, giving the company its own office in Europe’s second largest container port.
Van Doorn is aiming to set up a network of owned offices and agents both within and outside Europe to allow container depots to obtain the correct materials in every port.“We are very pleased that after opening our offices in the UK and Denmark, we now have our own location in Antwerp with a skilled and enthusiastic staff in this important port,” said Ron Mekkes, sales director of Van Doorn....
