PSA International is teaming up with the government of Dongguan city in China’s Pearl River Delta to build a two-berth container terminal at a cost of about CY1.4B (US$175M).
The terminal, scheduled to become operational in 2008, will be on a greenfield site on the eastern bank of the river near the Humen bridge, opposite Cosco Pacific’s 6-berth Nansha Container Terminal on the west bank....
