Global engineering group Noske-Kaeser, has been sold by German conglomerate ThyssenKrupp to New Zealand investors. The new owners are Hunter Capital Group and Titan 1, parent of Conzept Engineering Solutions Ltd.
Their joint purchase of Noske- Kaeser has been assisted by two government agencies, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) and the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology (FRST)....
