Two leading Finland-based designers and builders of handling equipment have turned in their interims for the first nine months of 2005. The relevant figures are given below, with the corresponding 2005 figures in parentheses.
Cargotec, the owner of Kalmar, Bromma, MacGregor and BMH Marine has reported that order intake in the first three quarters of this year came to €2.194B (€1.795M) Orders received in the third quarter amounted to €603M (€578M) and as of the end of September 2006, the order book totalled €1.594B. Net sales amounted to €1.9B (€1.737B) of which 3Q/2006 accounted for €625M (€577M)....
