Japan’s K Line is to move its exclusive container terminal at Yokohama from Honmoku A-8 berth to Honmoku A 5-6 berths, which are located at the edge of the breakwater.
The move will increase K Line’s annual handling capacity at the port from 151,000 TEU to 205,000 TEU as its terminal area will increase to 124,000 m2 from 83,000 m2 and available quay length to 400m from 270m....
