Höegh Autoliners and AP Moller– Maersk, through its subsidiary Maersk Shipping Singapore, have entered into a cooperation agreement in the car carrying trades.
With effect from 1 February 2007, the combined Höegh/Maersk fleet of 67 car carriers will be operated globally under the Höegh Autoliners name from the latter’s offices in Oslo. Höegh and Maersk Shipping will, however, remain individually responsible for the technical management and crewing of their own vessels....
