SP-PSA International Port Co Ltd (SP-PSA), a joint venture between Saigon Port Company and PSA International, has signed a contract with Japan’s Penta Ocean Construction Co Ltd to build its new deepwater container terminal at the Mep-Thi Vai port complex in the southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province of Vietnam.
Located downstream from the existing Thi Vai general cargo terminal near the estuary of the Cai Mep-Thi Vai River, the SP-PSA terminal is the largest of three facilities that will be built in the area....
