Vietnam’s largest freight forwarder, Gemadept Corp, will start building a US$410M container terminal at Cai Mep next year to handle the country’s growing transhipment business, CEO Do Van Minh said.
The terminal will be one of five to be built in the southern Ba Ria Vung Tau province by 2010 to serve a region that currently generates 70% of Vietnam’s container traffic....
