Saudi Trade and Export Development Company (Tusdeer) has awarded the civil works contract for the construction of the Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) at Jeddah Islamic Port to China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC).
CHEC will start work on the facility, which includes construction of the quay wall, land reclamation and the dredging of a new 16.5m approach channel, in January 2008 for completion within 22 months....
