UK-based Peel Ports Group has announced the sale of Roadferry Ltd to DSV Road Holding Ltd, the road transport arm of DSV, the Denmark-based logistics and freight forwarding business, whose existing brands include DFDS Transport and Frans Maas.
Peel Ports’ new CEO Stephen Baxter said the sale was in line with the group’s strategy of focusing on expansion of its prime business sector. “The sale of Roadferry reflects our commitment to growing our core business as operator of Britain’s second largest ports group,” he said....
