It is understood that Luciano Fantuzzi is discussing a possible sale with two potential buyers, understood to be Management & Capitali (M&C), which is owned by Italian business tycoon Carlo de Benedetti, and US-based Manitowoc.
However, it is not clear whether the negotiations concern just the Italian operating divisions Reggiane and Fantuzzi, or also encompass Noell Mobile Systems in Germany and the 70% stake in the Noell China plant in Shanghai....
