Singamas Container Holdings plans to build a second tank container manufacturing facility in China in partnership with Netherlands-based Flax Field Trading, which helped set up its first tank factory at Shunde in Guangdong Province.
Singamas vice-chairman Teo Siong Seng said the new plant in Shanghai will cost about US$20-$30M and will increase Singamas’s production capacity in China to 10,000 units by 2010....
