Germán Correa Díaz, the chairman of Valparaíso port authority (EPV), has stated that technical studies regarding a new development (Terminal 2) in the port’s Espigón zone are nearing completion and EPV will call for bids in the second half of this year.
The bidding is completely open, so the port’s exisitng concessionaires - Terminal Pacifico Sur, Valparaíso Terminal de Pasajeros (cruise terminal), Plaza Valparaíso (Puerto Barón) and Zeal Sociedad Concesionaria - may tender for the project....
