Talking Turkey

Talke Logistic Services, a leading logistics service provider for the chemical and petrochemical industries, has launched operations at its first location in Turkey. The new Istanbul facility will be used as the base for expanding Talke’s offerings in Turkey and accelerating development of the south eastern European market.

Bayer MaterialScience, a polymer specialist, is among Talke’s first customers in Turkey. Talke is handling the national distribution of isocyanates, which are used to produce polyurethanes. Talke already has its own equipment stationed in Istanbul to transport the materials in a strategic alliance with longstanding partner Bosphorus Logistics....
