P&O Trans Australia (POTA, the DP World/Kaplan Investments joint venture has signed a binding agreement to purchase all of the shares in Western Australia’s Baguley Containers and Baguley Container Hire and Sales for an undisclosed sum.
Baguley Containers’ container depot and container leasing and sales businesses in the port of Fremantle will now join POTA’s port logistics and container park operation there. The two operations combined will enable significant enhancements to be made to the current operations....
