The Kerala High Court has issued a stay order on the development of the US$1B Vizhinjam International Container transhipment port in southern India.
The ruling came following a petition filed by Mumbai-based Zoom Developers, whose bid for the port project was disqualified on technical grounds. The court has given the evaluation committee until the end of this month to look into the tender quotations submitted by Zoom....
