Nine foreign and local companies have submitted the request for qualification (RFQ) document for the development of India’s first mega container terminal at Chennai Port (see WorldCargo News August 2008, p7).
The nine companies are DP World, GVK-Leighton Consortium, IL&FS Maritime Infrastructure, Vadinar Oil Terminal, L&T Transco Development Projects, Navayuga Engineering, Lanco Infratech, Mundra Port and SEZ and the Malaysian FGI Group....
