Scotland-based Offshore Container Holdings Ltd has agreed terms for the acquisition of Vertec Engineering Ltd and the hire division of Labtech Ltd from Sovereign Oilfield Group Plc, subject to the approval of the sellers’ shareholders.
This will be Offshore Containers’ third and fourth acquisitions since it was formed in 2008 by private equity groups Lansdowne Capital and Claver Capital as a vehicle to develop a worldwide container rental business focused on the oil services sector....
