Saigon Newport Company (SNP) has awarded Cargotec a contract for six more Kalmar E-One RTGs. The new machines will be installed at Phase 1 of its Tan Cang-Cai Mep International Container deepwater port near Ho Chi Minh City, which opened in June this year.
The 6+1/1 over 5 RTGs will be equipped with a container position verification system (Kalmar Smartpath), and will be delivered during the first quarter of 2010. The machines are identical in design to the E-One RTGs ordered by SNP in 2007....
