CSX Intermodal’s new Northwest Ohio intermodal terminal, located in North Baltimore, Ohio, will include what is believed to be the highest level of process automation at a Class I railroad facility in North America.
The terminal is one of a new generation of US intermodal terminal featuring widespan RMGs to serve rail, trucks and container stacks. CSX has ordered five 46m span (twin cantilever) cranes from Hans Künz, to be supplied through Kunz’s US partner Mi-Jack....
