Russia’s ICT group is to invest US$30 mill in a new cargo village in Saint Petersburg. Project management has been contracted to Incotec, which is already modernising the 11.5 hectare, Interterminal storage complex in Parnas industrial zone, including open storage space for 700 TEU.
The new, 20.6 hectare, multimodal logistics centre is close to two main highways and the Predportovaya rail station and is equidistant between the seaport and airport (4.5 kms). It will be built in two phases and completion is slated for early 2006....
