Hamburg Port Consulting (HPC) and Inform are offering terminals a TOS and optimisation package that can be adapted to suit manual and automated terminals with or without an existing TOS.
HPC, a subsidiary of HHLA, markets the CTIS (Container Terminal Information System) TOS initially developed for the Port of Hamburg as an off-the-shelf solution with modules for vessel, yard and gate planning. Recently HPC has teamed up with Inform to enhance the yard control aspects of CTIS by adding extensive optimisation and automation functionality to create a new product - TERMINALSTAR....
