In pure output terms, German swap body producer Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone has headed Europe’s box building industry for several years.
Krone achieved another production record in 2007 when its dedicated plant at Herzlake, operated by longstanding partner Bruggen Komponenten GmbH, delivered over 12,500 steel-clad swap bodies plus a few hundred of more specialised type. This compared with almost 10,000 units supplied in 2006, 6800 during 2005 and 6000 for 2004....
