To drive greater acceptance of its ownbrand components ZPMC is introducing a “life cycle warranty” whereby it will give guarantees on the performance of major components well beyond current industry standards of 12-24 months. Guan says that from the very beginning he has wanted to offer a crane lifetime warranty.
