Further to an article about container manufacturers in last month's issue of WorldCargo News (p41) Romanian builder Contis SA (based in Iasi) reports that it built a total of 1500 container units (all types) during 1997 together with over 10,000 smaller European boxpallets, and is due to deliver much the same quantities in 1998...
