Australian investment fund manager Babcock & Brown Infrastructure (BBI) has further extended its European ports portfolio by acquiring two Finnish port operators.
Oy Rauma Stevedoring and Oy Botnia Shipping have been acquired from forest products group, UPM-Kymmene, for A$144M (€90M). They join PD Ports in the UK, Manuport and Water Container Transport (WCT) in Belgium, Terminal Rinfuse Italia (TRI) in Italy and Tarragona Port Services (TPS) in Spain, which are already under the BBI umbrella....
