According to market rumours, Terex and Fantuzzi are back at the negotiating table
Although Fantuzzi group recently issued an official statement that it was reengaged in talks with Terex, and other potential buyers, it seems that negotiations with Terex are at an advanced stage, although the terms of the original purchase contract have apparently been revised.
From Group HQ in Reggio Emilia Fantuzzi has stated: "Negotiations with Terex are proceeding well and we expect to turn the corner shortly."
