Norway-based lobal marine equipment supplier TTS Marine ASA has established a new sales and service company in Singapore
The new company, TTS Singapore Pte Ltd, is expected to be operational in the third quarter of 2009, and is aimed at developing TTS’s business in the important South East Asia region.
It will be headed by general manager Jan Ove Hovdenak, who is moving from TTS’s Marine Cranes operation, and who will be tasked with developing an organisation that can lead a strong sales operation across the full range of TTS’s marine products.
TTS group has around 1300 employees (including associated companies), and a total of 26 operative units in 12 countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, China, USA, Canada, South Korea, Vietnam and, now, Singapore as well
