The Fantuzzi Noell port equipment range is being integrated into Terex Port Equipment
Seven months or so since Terex Cranes acquired the Fantuzzi Noell group, the product line-up is being integrated into the new Terex Port Equipment (TPE) brand.
TPE has announced a contract to supply 10 Noell RTG cranes to Xiamen Ocean Gate Container Terminal in Fujian Province, an established customer of Noell China.
Underlying the significance of the new Terex brand, Thomas Ostermann, VP Terex Cranes and CEO of TPE, attended the signing ceremony in Xiamen.
It is hoped to report more in due course on Terex’s branding strategy for port equipment. A ship-to-shore Reggiane crane just shipped to Naples also bears the Terex name. TPE has also announced a restructuring of the Italian business units, Reggiane and Fantuzzi.
