The latest round-up includes news of big changes within PSA Europe
Jan Van Mossevelde, the current head of VTE Voltri Terminal Europa, the PSA Sinport-GIP alliance in Genoa, will take over from Ong Kim Pong as head of PSA Antwerp from 1 January 2011.
Ong Kim Pong will take up a post as PSA's director general, North East Asia. His position as CEO of PSA Zeebrugge will be filled for the time being by David Yang, the CEO of PSA Europe, to whom Mossevelde will report.
Erik Cassimon is the new head, container operations, in Antwerp, replacing Frank Kho, who is understood to have left PSA group.
Replacing van Mossevelde at VTE in Genoa is Francesco Costa, who has been running Antwerp European Terminal (AET) on behalf of Grimaldi of Naples since 2002.
Pepe Olguin, currently the global offshore/LNG manager within the Alimak Hek group, has been appointed MD for Alimak Hek, Brazil, heading up a new South America regional sales office.
Chris Turner has been appointed head of operations, logistics by Geodis Calberson, based in Lutterworth, England.
Gebrüder Weiss, the Austria-based logistics company has appointed Holger Stoelker as MD, Taiwan.
The University of Denver, Colorado has elected six new transportation industry leaders to the Board of its Intermodal Transportation Institute: Daniel W Avramovich (Pacer International), Michael Byrne (Linfox Australia Pty Ltd), William C Clement (CSX Transportation, Inc), Curtis J Foltz (Georgia Ports Authority), Eugene D Seroka (APL Ltd) and Richard D Wallace (J C Penney).
