ZPMC is confident that the super capacitor will prove a viable way to power RTGs and AGVs, deputy general manager Liu Qi Zhong told the TOC conference in Hong Kong last month. ZPMC has fitted one RTGin Shanghai with 400 x 100,000 farad super capacitors as part of a test.
